SHIPPING POLICY

Once the purchase has been made through our website crosslandseducation.com and payment has been confirmed, the package will be sent the day after confirmation.

In order to be able to reach the entire country, we make shipments through Correos de Costa Rica.

If the shipment is within the GMA, the order should arrive in an average of 1 to 5 business days, after placing the package in transit. The Correos de CR guide will reach the email registered in the purchase and you can track it on the Correos de CR website.

If your shipment is outside the GMA, Correos de Costa Rica will deliver it to you between 2 and 7 business days, after placing the package in transit. The Correos de CR guide will reach the email registered in the purchase and you can track it on the Correos de CR website.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts for 30 days, this means that, if a customer requests a change of merchandise, he or she must do so within 30 days of having made the purchase according to the billing date; after this time, the return or exchange is without effect. To complete the return, it is essential to present a receipt or proof of purchase. The product to be exchanged must be sent to the physical address:

-Residencial Montana, San José, Pozos de Santa Ana, from the UNO gas station on Radial de Lindora, 200 meters East; fourth house on the left after the gatehouse .

 

A return can be made effective as soon as the item:

• Has not been used

• Is in the same condition in which it was dispatched

• Is in its original packaging

 

1. Merchandise exchange process.

Once the return is received, evaluated and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer with the receipt confirmation. You will also be notified about the approval or rejection of the merchandise change. In case of being rejected, the reasons will be indicated.

If the return is approved, the merchandise exchange will be processed and it will be carried out immediately. The shipment of the change of merchandise will not be charged to the customer.

 

2. Lost or late merchandise.

All merchandise shipped has a tracking number indicated in the notification email. In the event that the new exchange merchandise is delayed or does not arrive within the indicated time, the customer must notify the email info@crosslandseducation.com or WhatsApp +506 63907745 to do the proper tracking.

 

3. Items on sale.

Only regular priced items can be exchanged. This possibility does not apply to products on sale.

 

4. Gifts.

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and was sent directly to the buyer by mistake, the buyer must go through the return process. The new gift will be sent to the correct address at no additional shipping cost.

To send the gift back to the correct address, we must receive in advance the proof that the item was returned to us at the PO Box.

 

5. Shipping returns.

The product to be returned must be sent to the physical address or postal box indicated:

The cost of shipping the return of an item is borne by the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable. The cost of reshipping the new item will not be charged to the customer. The time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary depending on the shipping address.

If you are returning an item worth more than $ 75, we suggest considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return.
